E-Services Booking App

Project Overview

An integrated app for booking beauty and personal care services, connecting professional service providers directly with customers. The app allows customers to browse various services, compare ratings and prices, and book appointments with complete ease, while providing service providers with a comprehensive dashboard to manage orders, sales, and effective communication with customers.

The design focused on delivering a smooth and enjoyable user experience that reflects the premium nature of beauty services, with elegant interfaces and harmonious colors that combine professionalism with visual appeal. An advanced dashboard was also designed for service providers, including daily sales statistics, order management, and instant notifications to ensure accurate and effective follow-up.

Challenges & Solutions

The main challenge was designing a user experience that serves two different parties (customer and service provider) within a single app without causing complexity or confusion. This was solved by completely separating the interfaces for each party while maintaining a unified visual identity, where the service provider has a dedicated dashboard that includes sales statistics, order management, and displayed services.

The ratings and reviews system also presented a challenge in displaying information clearly and reliably, so a visual design was adopted that shows the overall rating with star distribution in an easy-to-read graphical format. Additionally, navigation between different sections (services, reviews, service provider information) was optimized to ensure quick and direct access to the required information.
