Shawarma is a premium food app designed to deliver a modern and seamless food ordering experience, combining a strong visual identity with professional user interfaces. The app features a splash screen that reflects the brand identity, a home page with fast category browsing and smart search, and a comprehensive product details page with customization options and add-ons.
The design also includes an orders screen with discount coupon application and total display, a profile screen for managing data and app preferences, and a real-time order tracking screen via an interactive map with delivery status and estimated time display.
The main challenge was designing a food ordering experience that combines visual appeal with fast product access. This was addressed by designing a dark interface that showcases food images professionally, with a horizontal category system that enables quick browsing without leaving the home page.
It was also important to simplify the customization and payment stage without overwhelming the user. This was solved by designing a product details screen that integrates add-ons and special requests within a single smooth flow, with a clear orders screen that displays the total and coupon discount directly before payment.
